From 10th-12th November the congress is a chance for race directors worldwide to meet, hear key speakers on a range of topical subjects and to swap ideas both formally in discussion groups and informally at social events.
The event is open to more than 400 member events from more than 120 countries. Details of the Congress theme and speakers will be released soon.
Linked to the congress and symposium will be the AIMS Best Marathon Runner Award and gala evening on 11th November and Marathon flame lighting ceremony at the historic battle site near Marathon, north of Athens, on 12th November.
Athens Marathon The Authentic will begin at Marathon on 13th November. Entries for this amazing race open in April.

Windsor Half Marathon
Register now for this regal event held entirely in Windsor Great Park – and enjoy a morning start for the first time in its history. Until this year, the run began in the early afternoon but warm autumn weather and traffic congestion helped to persuade the Crown Estate to allow a 10am start from this year. This should make the day more comfortable for everyone – and allow time for sight-seeing in Windsor before heading home.
