Are you ready to challenge yourself to run this brand new exciting race? We’re ready to welcome you and give you a race experience you won’t forget. Whether you’re completely new to running, chasing a PB, rising to a personal challenge or simply running for fun, everyone is welcome - just come along and join in.
The event features a 10K run, a Corporate Challenge for teams and a 3K mini marathon for children, families, school teams or runners looking for a shorter distance.
The route is attractive, flat, and fast. The race starts and finishes by the lake in Green Park. The majority of the route is out in the open countryside on fully closed rural roads around Pingwood.
The event also features a wonderful lakeside race village where you can come and soak up the atmosphere before and after the run. It is ideal for spectators to relax in whilst waiting for the runners to return. Within the race village we will have a climbing wall, entertainment, exciting running retailers, a plentiful selection of really tasty food and live music. It really is an event for all.
All runners will receive a technical race t-shirt, access to the vibrant race village, a bespoke medal, a personal sense of achievement and be able to say they ran the 1st ever Green Park Royal Berkshire 10K.

Kelowna’s scenery and vacation appeal are two reasons that many
triathletes return year after year to participate in the Kelowna Apple Triathlon.
It has been going for 32 years and athletes love the organization and history of the event!
Situated in the dry and sunny Okanagan Valley, this event has something for everybody: Sprint, Olympic, Try-a-tri and Kids’ distances; fun run, aquathon, relay and Elite formats.
Race organisers are working with Challenge Penticton (60km to the south) to encourage Challenge athletes to use the Apple Triathlon as a warm-up event. As it is held the week before, another option is for Challenge spouses or children to race in an Apple event. Kids camps for 8-15-year-olds are held the week before Apple Triathlon, offering training in an enjoyable, supportive environment that upholds the Tri BC philosophy of co-operation and fun.
After the race, enjoy golfing, hiking, or wine tasting. Or just relax on a sunny beach in the beautiful Okanagan Valley.
