More than 30,000 military and civilian personnel are to enjoy Army 10 Miler in October


The Army's 28th annual Army Ten-Miler (ATM) race is scheduled for Sunday, October 21 in Washington, DC at the U.S. Pentagon.


Produced by the U.S. Army Military District of Washington (MDW) this prestigious race attracts runners from around the world. All race proceeds benefit the Army Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Program that supports Soldier  and Soldier family programs.


The Army Ten-Miler is the Army's premier running event and is the third largest 10-mile race in the world. 


The two-day Health & Fitness Expo preceding the race hosts over 85 exhibitors and 35,000 attendees. The pre-race GEICO Pasta Dinner is a great way to spend your Saturday night.

Race day activities include a "world class" race with elite athletes, live music, Hooah Tents from Army installments around the world showing military pride and interactive Army displays.


Two youth runs and a youth activity zone presented by Health Net, along with an appearance by Champ the Cheetah make race day an ideal family day.
