In August, London’s Excel Centre played host to the AJ Bell London Triathlon, with 13,000 triathletes and 30,000 spectators.


With ages ranging from 18 to 74, the weekend saw elite athletes, keen amateurs and first timers participating in the world’s largest triathlon.

Reality TV star Lydia Bright and TV presenter Charlie Webster impressed fans on day one, but it was Olympian and twice World Champion Helen Jenkins and Australian triathlete Peter Kerr who wowed the crowds on Sunday, winning the respective female & male elite categories.


Entries for the 2016 event will be available soon, hopeful triathletes should head to now to register for priority booking.
